Recipe of Week 16: Cucumber Raita

3 medium sized cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped


Combine cucumbers, yogurt, cumin, and salt. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

Serve as a side with grain dishes or curry!
