Celebrate Brassicas, December’s Harvest of the Month

This December we are featuring a whole family of vegetables known as Brassicas. This all-star vegetable family includes cabbages, brussels sprouts, broccoli, kale, and collards to name a few. Brassicas fair well through cold weather, tasting sweeter after each frost.
