Celebrate Whole Grains, January's Harvest of the Month

Whole grains include all intact seeds from a variety of grasses, including: corn, wheat, oats, rice, barley and quinoa. To incorporate more whole grains into your diet try making oatmeal for breakfast, having a wheat berry salad with roasted veggies for lunch and eating air popped popcorn as a snack.
